1. Acceptance

By accessing aimoneymatrix.one or enrolling in courses offered by AI Money Matrix Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202473518D), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, please do not use the site or services.

2. About AI Money Matrix

AI Money Matrix operates as a vocational training provider teaching practical skills for managing personal and business finances with AI tools. We are registered in Singapore and conduct courses from 12 Marina View, #22-01 Asia Square Tower 2, Singapore 018961. Our Marina Bay academy serves learners across the Singapore market.

3. Brand definitions — "Money" and "Matrix"

"Money" refers to our educational finance-management programmes covering budgeting, cash-flow tracking, expense organisation, forecasting and reporting. It does NOT refer to trading, investment advisory, fund management, guaranteed cash flow or any promise of financial returns.

"Matrix" refers to the structured grid of curriculum modules — a sequential learning framework. It does NOT refer to an MLM, pyramid, matrix-cycler or network-marketing scheme of any kind. Participation in our courses does not involve recruiting others for commission or purchasing inventory.

4. Educational disclaimer

Our organisation provides vocational courses that teach practical skills for managing personal and business finances with the help of AI tools — budgeting, cash-flow tracking, expense organisation, forecasting and financial reporting. Completion certificates reflect training participation only. We are an education provider, not a licensed financial adviser, and we are not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We do not provide financial, investment, tax or accounting advice, we do not manage or hold money, and we do not guarantee any savings, returns, profit or financial results. AI tools and examples may contain errors — financial decisions require human judgment and, where needed, a licensed professional. This is vocational training, not financial advice.

5. Not regulated by MAS

We are not a licensed financial adviser, fund manager, capital markets services holder or bank. We are not regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore for investment or advisory activities. Nothing on this website or in our courses constitutes financial, investment, tax or accounting advice.

6. Enrolment and fees

Course fees are quoted in SGD and are indicative until confirmed at enrolment. Payment terms are provided on invoice. Participation certificates reflect training attendance only — not professional accreditation unless explicitly stated with a named awarding body.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Cancellations fourteen or more days before a module start date receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed at enrolment. Cancellations seven to thirteen days before start may receive fifty percent credit. Within seven days, no refund unless we cancel the module. Self-paced module refunds apply within seven days if less than twenty percent of materials were accessed. Corporate contracts follow separately signed agreements with bespoke cancellation clauses. All refunds are processed in SGD to the original payment method where feasible within fourteen business days of approval.

8. Attendance and conduct

Learners are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually and participate respectfully. Recording sessions without facilitator consent is prohibited. Disruptive behaviour, harassment or misuse of AI tools to generate harmful content may result in removal without refund. You are responsible for your own AI tool subscriptions and hardware.

9. Intellectual property

Course materials, prompt libraries, templates and website content are owned by AI Money Matrix Pte. Ltd.. You receive a personal licence to use materials for your own financial management education. Redistribution, resale or public publication without written consent is prohibited.

10. AI tools and learner responsibility

You provide your own access to third-party AI tools. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, terms or output accuracy. You must verify all AI-generated content before applying it to financial decisions and consult licensed professionals when required.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Money Matrix Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or courses, including financial decisions you make based on skills learned. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific module giving rise to the claim.

12. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content commercially or misrepresent affiliation with AI Money Matrix. Enrolment may be refused where conduct disrupts other learners.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and PDPA. Enquiry forms require explicit consent before submission.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control — including venue unavailability, facilitator illness, government restrictions or infrastructure outages. In such cases we will offer rescheduling or credit toward a future cohort where possible.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AI Money Matrix Pte. Ltd. against claims arising from your misuse of course materials, violation of these Terms or submission of unlawful content through enquiry forms, except where prohibited by Singapore law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. The invalid provision shall be modified minimally to reflect the parties' original intent.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with enrolment confirmations and our Privacy and Cookie policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use. Course-specific schedules may include additional attendance rules communicated at enrolment.
